Adrien is a hands-on professional with a wealth of corporate experience obtained, in part, from playing leading roles in numerous transaction and operational-based assignments, including both single and dual stock-exchange listings, a leveraged buyout, a reverse takeover, a spin-off and various integration-induced activities. Adrien is a results-orientated, internationally-focused individual who has a demonstrated track record of delivering consistent and high quality results in countless, time-pressured situations gained from running a finance team in both a publicly-traded and a private equity backed environments.

Prior projects include -
- Assisting with two IPOs, an MBO and partnering with private equity firms to make a $2bn reverse takeover attempt
- Developing and implementing new processes/system improvements in order to reduce financial close processes from 15 days to 3
- Working with a multi-disciplinary team to target and implement cost saving initiatives
- Assisting with the development of a S-Ox compliant internal control infrastructure
- Implementing both G/L systems and fully integrated sales order and billing systems
- Designing and developing business plan models to facilitate M&A and corporate finance activities; allowing timely sensitivities analysis and facilitating interrogation by the Board
- Implementing highly complex, tax-driven, international group structures
- Assisting with two company sale processes
- Assisting, in a start up, with the selection and implementation of the accounting systems and creation, implementation and documentation of the internal control environment and associated policies & procedures
- Assisting with raising over $1.2bn of syndicated bank debt, revolving credit facilities and floated bond
